Not at light heavy he isn't.
You are way overhyping Roy's performance, the weight difference was such a massive advantage, Tito couldn't even hurt him, Roy knew it and paced himself which is why he looked lightning fast in the later rounds, not to mention the body shots had no affect on him.

Predictable outcome. Tito just didn't have the power at light heavy and Roy knew it, Tito kept hitting him with everything he had yet Roy kept smiling and kept moving forward and letting off bombs. The massive power difference was the deciding factor in this fight.

You have a Roy Jones avatar and sig, yet you want Tito to win?, very strange.
I want Jones to win simply because a match against Calzaghe excites me more than a match against Felix.
As for Skelton, I want him to lose. He has no technical ability and is absolutely horrible to watch, I have a feeling he will be taken to school, but it is the heavyweight division so you never know.

Larry Holmes wrote:Its partly true boon he gives shot to people that pose a risk, but that he is fairly sure that he will beat.
You hit the nail right on the head.
When I was around it was obvious to me that he calculated whether or not to fight someone based on his strengths and weaknesses. He fought some top fighters, but ducked others who exploited his weaknesses. Example, he would have 30 fights a day with Red Viper and Unstop (no surprise very aggressive fighters), yet ducked other top fighters like Larry, me and Fatny.
I don't see why he deserves credit now, before he used to fight the same people then when someone like Larry wanted a fight it was "ohhh tired now, need a rest". He is taking on allcomers now but that's because he now feels his skill level is really high and can beat everybody, you don't become NO1 padder to a generous title shot giver out of nowhere, he isn't as dumb as what people think, he is a calculated padder.
God I feel like making a comeback just to smash the crap outta him everyday.

I suppose us Brits can say the same thing about Lacy, he too was undefeated, a pressure fighter and came across the atlantic, funny that.
Mayweather is pure greatness, I watched the fight with friends and we all agreed we was witnessing a legend of the sport. Alot can be said about the bent referee though, he was atrocious, wouldn't have changed the outcome, but he was clearly pro Mayweather.

I think rocky hasnt been made much active but you cant blame him cause not even im active anymore and i use to be on all the time.
Well i think u wud have to go through me for my oba title lol and bear is another one u wud have to go through.
Why is it that in almost every thread I read, I see you going completely off topic and posting how great you are, how many titles you have, how many defences you have made.
Firstly it has nothing to do with the topic, and secondly no one actually cares or respects anything you think you have achieved, so you can carry on padding and thinking you are great, means nothing to anyone else so carry on living in your bubble, idiots like you is part of the reason why I can't be asked to come back and why I left in the first place.

sterlihalla wrote:i fought all of them thx nigel you see if u look on my record ive beat all them fighters except lab and cynic but i will start beating them consistantly i have alot of room to get better
Do you ever understand anything that has been written?. I wasn't talking about beating those guys with a cheap win here and there, I said that your achievements of 5 odd titles with 20 odd defences were against mediocre players and you haven't won a title or defended it consistently against a top vet or HOFer, your title record is padded.

sterlihalla wrote:P.S you been playin for years and aint achieved as much as me dont be all pissy it only took me 6 months to get 5 titles 25 defenses in 3 divisions and currently a unified champ.
You did it without fighting the likes of Larry, HTF, Fatny, Sugarray, Lab, MAB, Tyrant, Tyson, Cynic and me for that matter...so some achievement.
What you fail to understand and which I have explained to you before, you can make 100 title defences, have 300 title wins, but to be considered great, get respect from the top guys who have played the game and to be considered a HOF potential inductee, you need to beat legends consistently and be on top with reasonable opposition and at the moment you fail, the guys that matter will look at your title wins and defences and know it's padded, so please continue living in your own bubble, it's amusing.

Well seeing as you took it upon yourself to give yourself a title shot at the vacated OBF title without Mikkel sanctioning the fight, why not do the same here?.

sterlihalla wrote:yeh including me lol jokes
Maybe we should do the quickest title holder of ob? e.g. reaper been playing 6 months and has had 3 belts in that short space of time.
Something like that.
Like I said originally, I created lists that are based on fact and creating that sort of list wouldn't be accurate. How may people like me for example could make a new name and win a title and claim to be noob?.
Not to boast but 6 months to win a title is a long time, I did it in 4 weeks back when HTF, larry etc were playing and when there was only one title.
Winning titles by flash ko, then defending them against bums means nothing, winning a title off a proper vet, then defend it against him then defend your titles constantly against the absolute cream of the crop is guaranteed to get you respect and worth talking about. I still can't believe you don't grasp that.

sterlihalla wrote:I think people should change power rankings a bit call it Ob's p4p list.
The champs obviously need to go top even if they arent better then some vets they stil more active and have titles.
Put the champs in order of who u think is the best and after u done with the champs put in order of whos the best active fighters.
Just a way for you to worm your way into the top 5 which you are so desperate for.

I've updated the statistics page and here is a quick run down on the big movers:
10th November 2007
Tyrant overtakes Moneytail and moves into 8th place in the most wins catergory.
Reaper jums into 2nd place with his 98.16 knockout ratio. Unstoppable and USA also move up a place.
Unstoppable is now credited as a two time undisputed and super champion. He has also made giant leaps in all the important catergories i.e title wins, title defences and the amount of fights he has won and fought.
