1) Please change that picture of your upper body. This is not a gay forum.

2) Be careful not to become the next Fraudley Harrison. Busy with hyping yourself in the media. Just do your thing in gym and focus on that.

hey we all knew harrison was a fat lump to begin with well i shud say people who have gd sight knew harrison was a fat blob to begin with lol.

I have to disagree, your speed is terrible to be honest, on the uppercut bag you were moving way to slow and punching to slow, if your going to actually land a punch and avoid them you need to up your pace, especially at your weight. And that 13 year old needs to improve his guard quite badly, however he is faster than you which is alright and he has quite a bit of power. Dayum.

Yeh i need to improve on a alot of things and ive been told i have gd hand speed by the heavy bag vid but i guess thats on another forum so im gettin mixed reviews.

Well everyone at my gym been boxing longer then me so hopefully i can improve on everything and get faster plus more powerful hehe.

its hard to believe i think he may be joking and i seen him spar that heavyweight and the guy is like completely knew he doesnt even know how to jab yet he brags about it lol.
