I am wondering if anyone knows how to add an RSS feature to a website built in PHP. I am looking to offer my content through an RSS feed. I am NOT looking to add others content to my site through RSS. I hope that makes sense. Thanks.

try this or search for another program that generates RSS feeds:

but if the site is new you should use a blogging software. Wordpress is on php, it's RSS is already all configurated, it's easy to use and it's free
