reboot computer, press f8 during black screen until safemode comes up click run safe mode as administrator add exception to windows firewall restart computer as normal...

Do i need to change java settings or windows firewall. I cant find where to change the settings Windowns firewall is turned off

Im trying to play from work... but I get the server is not responding error. Screenshot attached... Dont mind everything else its my business systems at work!
