Hey guys hows it going? Sorry that I havent been on OB in awhile but evidently I have been busy this past month and i got a bunch to say. Starting with Niagara Falls. My family and I went to Niagara Falls back in July and I have to say that it was amazing. I got a shit load of pictures if you guys want to see some. Then about 3 days after I got back from Buffalo I was invited to this church in Cleveland, Ohio. And there was so much you can do there. They had Combine drills that you can do to earn prizes and stuff. The food there was amazing. I will never have food as good as theres. I brought james(pats) along with me and I have some pics of that too but I dont have them on facebook. Anyways I got to see 4 browns players. Benjamin Watson(big ass dude), Jason Wright(Cardinals RB now), Reggie Hodges i believe(Punter), and someother guy i forgot his name sadly. It was a good experience there I learned alot. I also met the Browns Main trainer and I managed to get a signed Josh Cribbs card hahaha. The best of all was my recent trip to this D1 training facility in Columbus, Ohio. I was invited from my school and they wanted me to participate in it. So I went there and this place had it all. I absolutely loved it. I got to meet Mike Durant and he is the main trainer there and he played in the Majors as the catcher for the Minnesota Twins back in 1996. I later met Aj Hawk from the Super Bowl Champs Green Bay Packers, Lance Moore from the Saints, Chris Quinn from the San Antonio Spurs, and once again someother guy that I cant remmber his name lol. Well I got to train with AJ and I managed to impress him and the trainer to the point where the want me to actually become a D1 member. So you know me I accepted instantly. I should be heading to Columbus pretty soon to train and hopefully I will have the chance to become a Professional Athlete If i can continue to train there from now to 2015. That day I will never forget. Lastly this one isnt that great. About a week and a half ago my town got hit with a bad storm that managed to create a flood. The Floodgate operator kept the gates closed which backed up the sewers and made several lakes overflow plus filled up alot of basments including mine. My house had about 9 ft of water in the basement and it was so bad down there that we ouldnt even see or even get down there because all of the stuff was blocking the entrance. My street was underwater, my house was basically surrounded by water. My dads red truck thats in the side yard was floating!!! The damage was terrible. The Washer, Dryer, Furnace, and alot of other minor shit was destoryed. My brother-in-law had about 50,00 baseball cards, full collections and those are destroyed. He even had a rookie Hank Aaron!!!!! Destroyed.....gone.....All of these besides the Browns one I have pictures posted on facebook. If you guys want to check them out here http://www.facebook.com/#!/profile.php?id=100001194307575&sk=photos

"John represents the renaissance of OB. John stepped up and filled the vacuum Fatny left behind. Not only his skills are amazing, also his dedication to keep this game interesting and alive. I was there when he first won the title, I was watching over his shoulder when he bullied all competition, I was there when he became a HOF´er. I may not be a great fighter myself, but I do have eye for talent. John is something special, I told him right after he won his first title. John is the spark that became a flame that turned into a devastating fire. Apart from being a great guy he never stepped down from a challenge and always looked to square off against OB´s best to further improve his skills. Many HOF´ers made short comebacks during the year John reigned OB, only to be knocked out by Big Bad John." - Dick E. Boon
"The thing with John is that he's just so extremely accurate, both in offense and in defense. There's some punches I consider myself a master of, like the small hook and the long upper. Well they're useless against John no matter how well you throw them, he just keeps blocking 90% of them and hurting you in the process. Speaking of which...if he hurts you (and he will), you better move your head a lot because he also happens to be one of the best finishers i've ever seen. Basically if you're not extremely good AND creative, you'll end up on the floor. A fine addition to the hall of fame indeed." - Fatny |
